THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me LEONARD THEODORE FOWLE of Vrijheid in the Province of Natal, School Master.
  I hereby revoke and annul all Wills, Codicils and other Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
  I give, devise and bequeath unto my dear wife JESSIE ELIZABETH FOWLE (born Foss) for her own use and benefit absolutely, the whole of my Estate and Effects, movable and immovable, of whatsoever nature and kind, and wheresoever situate, nothing excepted.
  I nominate and appoint my said wife and my brother-in-law GEORGE PRINCE FOSS jointly, to be the Executrix and Executor respectively of this my Will, and Administratrix and Administrator respectively of my Estate and Effects, and Guardians of my minor children.
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Vrijheid aforesaid this sixth day of July One thousand nine hundred and twelve.

THIS IS A CODICIL to the Last Will and Testament of me LEONARD THEODORE FOWLE presently residing at Blackridge, near Pietermaritzburg, which bears date the sixth day of July 1912.
  I do now further direct that the Master of the Supreme Court shall dispense with the filing of security by the said Executor and Administrator for the due and faithful administration of my Estate.
  In all other respects I confirm my said Will.
  IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at Maritzburg this twenty-third day of October 1933 in the presence of the subscribing witnesses.
