Occupation: Clergyman.
Arthur was appointed Curate of Kenwyn, Cornwall in 1880. He was Vicar of Bodmin, Cornwall, in 1883 and appointed Rector of Bodmin in 1884. Arthur was Rector of Saltwood, Kent, from 1900 until 1910, and parson of Lustleigh Parish Church, Devon from 1910 until 1914. He was also Prebendary of St. Edellion, Cornwall.
