Emanuel Larsson is recorded as a a foreman (rättaren)

Emanuel was born on 23 August 1818,
at Sandvad in Brevik parish, Skaraborg, and baptised on 24 August, the son

work as a farmhand (dräng) at
Svärtebäcken, moving to Rödesund in Karlsborg Garnisonförsamling in 1836 and

He moved to Vreta Bäckgården in 1847 and later that year to Stens Pastors
Bothälle in Västra Stenby parish. In 1848 Emanuel moved to Söderspånga

Anna Helena Andersdotter moved there in 1855. The two were married on 1 July
1856 in Västra Vingåker and in the marriage record Emanuel is listed as a
foreman (rättaren) although the
Husförhörslängd continues to list him as a dräng.
They had a daughter in 1857 and in 1858 they moved to Läppe where they had
three more children. The family remained at Läppe until 1865 when they moved
to Uggelboda, where Emanuel is listed as a tenant of the leaseholder (arrendator af bruk[are]) and then to
Lunda Grindstugan in 1868 and Lunda Frälse in 1870 where Emanuel is again a
farmworker (statdräng). Anna died
at Lunda Frälse in 1872 but Emanuel continued to work there until 1883 when
he moved to Norra Stafhälla where he is listed as a housed widower (inhys[es]
enkl[ing]). In 1895 Emanuel's status as inhyses
is changed back to being a farmworker (statdräng).

Lars Gusaf Larsson is recorded as a gardener (trädgårdsmäst[are])
from Berg[ianska] trädgård. He was born on 9 October 1864. Anna Lovisa
Karlsdotter is recorded as resident at 4 Kammakagatan. She was born on 6

Anna was born on 6 September 1860 at Fredsberga, Undenäs parish in Skaraborg
county, and baptised on 8 September 1860, the daughter of Carl Carlsson and
Brita Maja Andersdotter. Carl was torpare

when they moved to Klara parish in Stockholm. Johan was sent back to
Sundsöjan to live with his grandparents in November of that year. Anna moved
to Johannes parish in 1885 and was living at 4 Kammakagatan when she married
Lars Gustaf Larsson on 13 November 1889 in Jakob och Johannes parish in
Stockholm. The married couple moved later that month to Stafsborg in
Färentuna parish, Stockholm county. It appears that Johan remained with his
grandparents at Sundsöjan even after his mother married. Lars and Anna had
their first child together at Stafsborg in 1890. Later that year the family
moved to Stäket Östra in Boo parish where Anna bore two more children and in

Lars continued to work as a trädgårdsmästare
and three more children were born. Anna died in Löt parish on 12
February 1916 and was buried there on 20 February 1916.

Västra Vingåker parish, Södermanland, where his father was a farmworker (dräng). The family moved to Uggelboda
in 1865, to Lunda Grindstugan in 1868 and to Lunda Frälsegård in 1870.
Lars's mother, Anna died at Lunda Frälsegård in 1872. Lars remained with his
father and siblings at Lunda Frälsegård until 1880 when he moved to
Sicklanäs in Sicklaö parish, Stockholm county, where he worked as a dräng
until 1881 when he moved to Grefgatan 55 in Hedvig Eleonora parish,
Stockholm city where his occupation is listed as a garden worker (trädgårdsarbetare).
From 1882 to 1883 Lars is listed as various addresses in Ladugårdslandet
parish in Stockholm city, with an occupation of workman (arbetskarl),
then in 1883 he moved to Midsommarkransen in Brännkyrka parish, Stockholm
county, where he is again a garden worker. In 1884 Lars moved to Karlberg
Trädgården in Solna parish and in 1885 to Frösundavik also in Solna, in 1886
to 15B Norra Bantorget in Adolf Fredrik parish in Stockholm and in 1887 to
Hedvig Eleonora parish in Stockholm. Lars married Anna Lovisa Karlsdotter on
13 November 1889 in Jakob och Johannes parish in Stockholm, at which time he
is recorded as a gardener (trädgårdsmästare)
resident at the Bergianska trädgård botanical gardens in Stockholm. The
married couple moved that month to Stafsborg in Färentuna parish, Stockholm
county where Lars continued as a trädgårdsmästare
and their first child was born in 1890. Later that year the family
moved to Stäket Östra in Boo parish where two more children were added to
the clan and in 1894 the family settled down at Fånöö in Löt parish, Uppsala
county. Here Lars continued to work as a trädgårdsmästare
and three more children were born. In 1898, Lars's brother Carl and
family also moved to Fånöö working as a statsdräng
on a different part of the farm. The two brothers lived near each other for
seventeen years before Carl moved away in 1915 to live at Ågersta in the
same parish. Lars's wife Anna died in February 1916 and in December of that
year he married Emma Ström with whom he had a daughter in 1918. After 41
years as the gardener at Fånöö Lars retired and joined Carl again at Ågersta
where he remained at least until 1943. Lars died in Löt parish on 3 March
1947.

August was born on 12 July 1856 at Mark, Rök parish in Östergötland län, and
baptised on 15 July 1856, the son of Anders Peter Persson and Greta Lotta
Svensdotter. Shortly after the family moved to Torpa Westergård in Harstad
parish where they lived until 1867 when they moved to Hygnestad
Södermellangård and then to Gärdelösa Norrgård in Kumla parish in 1868. In
1874, August moved out of the family home to work as a farmhand (dräng)
at nearby Gärdelösa Norra Kronogård, moving to Qvisberg in Sankt Per parish

Västra Vingåker, Södermanland county, still working as a trädgårdsmästare.
Also working at Lunda Frälsegård at his time was Maria Wilhelmina Andersson
whom August married in 1891. Before that, however, August moved to the town
of Katrineholm in Stora Malm parish in 1890 where August and Maria were to
live after their marriage. The couple remained in Katrineholm until 1898,
possibly with a short stint in Dunker parish in 1897, when they moved to
Nylund in Kvillinge parish, Östergötland county. While at Nylund, August
worked initially as a gardener (trädgårdsmäst[are])
although between 1906 and 1910 he changed to become a tenant farmer (arrendator)
there. August died at Nylund on 30 December 1912. The cause of death is
listed as diabetes (sockersjuka).
